The HCC Team Lead will oversee the Health Care Compliance (HCC) team, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and promoting best practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the HCC team to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and implement HCC strategies and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCC practices across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze HCC data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on HCC policies and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on HCC performance to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

- 7-17 years of experience in healthcare compliance, coding, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of HCC coding guidelines and regulations.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
