We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will work across the stack, lead architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of fullstack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
- Architect scalable systems while ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Champion adoption of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and cloud-native practices.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Continuously enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Professional Requirements & Expertise

- 6+ years of experience in fullstack software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong expertise in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and deploying solutions on cloud platforms.
- Good to have: Exposure to Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AI/ML integration.
