- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Collect, Organise, and Clean data for further processing and analysis.
- Analyze and identify patterns in key business metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use statistical techniques and data mining tools to identify critical metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct ad-hoc data investigations and provide data-driven insights.
- Develop data visualizations (using tools like Looker Studio, Looker, and Matplotlib) to effectively communicate insights.
- ETL and Data Engineering:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Establish data lineage to track data flow and transformations.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
- Presentation and Communication:
- Lead presentation of derived data insights for peers and leadership.
- Capture the pulse of the audience and convert them into data analysis requirements.
- Data-Driven Tool Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain data-driven internal tools using no-code/low-code platforms like Retool.
- Cloud and Database Technologies:
- Design and implement data solutions on AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with database administrators to ensure optimal database performance and security.
- Migrate data from legacy systems to cloud-based data platforms.
