Role Description We are seeking a Freelance Product Designers to design and develop innovative steam-based toys that align with Exhale's vision. This part-time remote role involves leading product design projects, ensuring they encourage creativity, critical thinking, and experiential learning. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, conduct user research, apply design thinking, and create prototypes that ultimately contribute to the success of Exhale’s innovative toy line. Qualifications Proficient in Visual Design and Product Design for developing engaging, functional, and aesthetically pleasing toys. Strong grasp of Design Thinking and creative problem-solving approaches to guide design solutions. Experience with User Research and UX Research to understand user needs and design informed, effective products. Ability to work independently, manage part-time freelance responsibilities, and contribute to project deadlines remotely. Knowledge or interest in the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) education space is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, or relevant field.
