Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead our Beauty & Healthcare vertical. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in sales leadership within the cosmetics, beauty, and healthcare industry and has a deep understanding of the market's distribution dynamics.

This leadership role involves managing distribution networks, modern trade, retail, and digital commerce, while also building brand equity and executing market activation strategies. If you're passionate about scaling brands and driving market penetration, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & execute sales and brand activation strategies to drive product visibility and growth.

Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, stockists, modern trade partners, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.

Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand regional and national reach.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine strategies in real time.

Collaborate with marketing for trade campaigns, product promotions, and regional activations.

Regularly report sales performance, market intelligence, and growth KPIs to senior management.

Provide training and support to distribution partners to elevate brand understanding and sell-through.

Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and distribution within the beauty, cosmetics, or healthcare industry.

Track Record: Proven success in driving channel sales and launching new products/brands.

Skills:

Strategic sales planning & execution

Strong negotiation & relationship-building

Analytical and data-driven decision making

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Mobility: Willingness to travel for market visits and events.

Preferred Attributes

Well-connected with industry contacts and channel partners.

Experience in launching cosmetic or wellness brands via distributors or modern trade.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
