Position Overview: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of interior fit-out works at project sites. The role involves coordinating manpower, ensuring material availability, maintaining quality standards, and monitoring progress as per project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily site activities as per drawings and project schedule. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow. Check quality of materials and workmanship during installation. Verify measurements, quantities, and alignment as per approved drawings. Ensure proper material handling, storage, and utilization at the site. Maintain daily site reports, including labor deployment, material consumption, and progress updates. Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping norms on-site. Support the Project Manager in progress tracking, billing inputs, and site documentation. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design. Experience: 38 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (corporate/retail/commercial). Strong knowledge of interior finishing works (partitioning, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, and HVAC coordination). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Should be proactive, organized, and disciplined in site management.
