Job Summary Astral Manpower Services is seeking a motivated and dynamic male candidate to handle recruitment drives organize interviews and manage client relationships across India This role involves extensive travel strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Travel to various locations across India to organize and conduct recruitment interviews Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and recruitment timelines Manage end-to-end interview logistics including venue booking candidate scheduling and coordination with internal teams Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients Prepare reports on recruitment activities client interactions and travel schedules Ensure smooth communication between candidates clients and the internal recruitment team Requirements Male candidate willing to travel extensively across India Graduate in any discipline HR preferred 1-3 years of experience in recruitment HR or client servicing freshers with good communication skills may also apply Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi knowledge of other regional languages is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Perks Benefits Competitive salary with travel allowances Opportunity to travel across India and interact with diverse industries Career growth in recruitment and client relationship management How to Apply Interested candidates can send their CV to shivkumar astralmanpowerservices net with the subject line Recruitment Coordinator Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Application Deadline 13 08 2025
