Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description About The Role We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying robust Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration frameworks. You will play a key role in building scalable and high-performing Salesforce applications that align with business objectives and deliver an outstanding user Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other platform tools. - Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs to meet complex business requirements. - Create reusable components and services using Lightning Web Components with a clear understanding of component lifecycle. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, leveraging industry-standard integration patterns. - Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including administrators, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions. - Apply best practices in Salesforce configuration, security, and data modeling. - Utilize DevOps tools (such as Copado or Gearset) for version control, CI/CD, and automated deployments. - Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to code Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. - Proficient in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers). - Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC); understanding of component architecture and lifecycle. - Solid understanding of Salesforce integration techniques including REST and SOAP web services. - Familiarity with Aura Components is a plus. - Strong grasp of Salesforce platform configuration, object model, sharing and security settings. - Experience working with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Nice To Have - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, App Builder). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with Salesforce DX and scratch orgs.
