Job Description: We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in the banking domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing automation testing frameworks and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of banking software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Collaborate with manual testing teams to identify automation opportunities and improve testing efficiency.
- Design and implement robust automation frameworks aligned with project requirements.
- Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and identify defects to ensure application quality.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing.
- Document test plans, test cases, and defect reports clearly and efficiently.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide accurate test estimates.
- Continuously seek improvements in automation processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing effectiveness.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java within the banking domain.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
- Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Prior experience working on banking applications and financial services projects.
- Knowledge of banking standards and security protocols is a plus.
