About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Educational Leader as an Senior Academic Coordinator The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in various capacities including teaching and leadership roles with a deep understanding of the academic curriculum and administrative requirements at senior school levels JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe teacher is accountable for the academic performance and result achievement of students in higher classes 9th to 12th Supporting the Principal in ensuring the smooth operation of the school through the consistent application of school and policies and procedures As a member of the senior management team formulate and implement the strategic aims and objectives of the schoolMonitoring progress towards the achievement of the schools aims and objectivesUnder the direction and guidance of the principal be responsible for all aspects of the planning organising staffing motivating directing and management of the school including delivering required educational outcomesCarrying out any reasonable instructions given by the principal or agreed actions via the Senior Management TeamEnsuring the education and welfare of pupils and students in accordance with the requirements of Conditions of Employment of School TeachersBeing responsible for providing professional leadership and management of schoolsupport staff in partnership with teaching staff to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of learning and achievement in the school Being responsible for all aspects of curriculum implementation across the school including management of curriculum pathways quality of teaching and learning behaviour and inclusion and training and development of staff teams To deputize in the absence of the principal performing the role in their absence as outlined in part 10 of the school Teachers pay and conditions document Key Responsibilities Lead and manage academic and administrative operations Oversee curriculum planning implementation and evaluation across different school levels Mentor and support teachers to enhance instructional practices Ensure compliance with educational policies and guidelines Contribute to a positive and collaborative school environment Requirements Graduate degree from IIT or any equivalent Top premier Engineering institutes Minimum 7 years of experience in CBSE Board schools or coaching institutes Required to teach PCM subjects for grades 9 to 12 Strong understanding of the academic curriculum and administrative needs Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Eager to learn and continuously acquire new knowledge Benefits Opportunity to contribute to and shape the future of education within a leading institution Supportive work environment with professional network and experience Residence Transport How to Apply Interested candidates can drop their resume to captains lifeeducare com or WhatsApp at 9669996899Apply today to join a team dedicated to educational excellence RegardsAnkita
