We are seeking a Sr. Tech Operations Analyst (PMO) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the Indian job market. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues that may impact delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices
- Ensure compliance with established project management standards and methodologies
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and communicate project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead the preparation of project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and project plans

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the Indian job market
- Experience working with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
- Experience with process improvement and optimization
- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) is preferred
