Position Overview

Job Title: PMO Specialist - CSO CTO Identity & Access Management

Location: Pune/Bangalore, India

Role Description

- The Chief Security Office ensures that all information within Deutsche Bank is adequately protected. We secure our employees, businesses, information assets and client information by responding every day to new threats. Main objective of CTO Identity & Access (I&A) is to ensure secure access to DB assets and providing the right access for the right people at the right time.
- The Project Management Office (PMO) for I&A enables and assures the optimal quality and governance of programmes/projects by the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the relevant program and project framework, standards and best practices.
- The office provides a decision-enabling/delivery support structure for all changes within the department and covers core topics such as financial management, resource management, ordering and contract management.
- We are looking for a PMO Specialist who will be responsible for resource management operations for the central I&A PMO team and supporting the PMO manager in da-to-day activities. The role will interface with a broad range of internal points of contact from across the Identity & Access organization.

Your key responsibilities

- SPOC for internal/external resources onboarding/offboarding end-to-end process and resources renewals, access management, etc. for the Identity & Access team
- Positions management in Workday
- Support to the PMO manager in financial planning and forecasting, ordering/invoicing and vendor management processes
- Managing multiple ad-hoc and short timeframe requests

Your skills and experience

- Degree in economics/information technology or similar
- 3+ years of experience in project management/PMO practices in IT industry
- Proficient English language skills (written/verbal), MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Workday, Clarity, SAP Ariba, Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Excellent team player, with proven ability to work in a global team
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with ability to support multiple teams within Identity & Access
- Open to learn and work on new dimensions
