About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Management Interns to support our team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. This role is ideal for students/freshers who want hands-on experience in managing real-time projects, client communication, and learning project management tools.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist Project Managers in planning and scheduling project tasks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for task updates and deliverables.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients and team members on project progress.
- Support in using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
- Help in identifying risks, delays, and bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks and maintain quality standards.

Desired Skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in learning project management tools and practices.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Qualifications

- Students pursuing MBA / BBA / Engineering / IT / Management or recent graduates.
- Passion for project coordination and management.
- Freshers welcome (no prior experience required).
