We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in patients. This role requires a compassionate professional who can work effectively with individuals of all ages to improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide therapy to improve speech, language, communication, and swallowing skills.
- Educate patients and families about speech and language disorders and their treatment options.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Certification from a recognized board (e.g., RCI in India).
- Strong understanding of speech and language development.
- Experience with various therapeutic techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including children and adults.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
