Role Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Mumbai for a full-time, on-site role. This pivotal position is responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels to drive growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies, analyze sales data, and enhance the overall customer experience. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with sales and customer service teams, monitoring website performance, and managing digital marketing initiatives. A strong background in performance marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Meta platforms, is essential. Furthermore, a key requirement is expertise in the Amazon ecosystem, including running successful Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns, and overseeing a variety of other e-commerce and quick commerce platforms to maximize product visibility and sales.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and market share for our clients.
- Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
- Handle and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive traffic and conversions to e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage day-to-day operations on quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) to ensure product availability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure product listings are compelling, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and marketplace algorithms.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and support teams.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and E-Commerce experience
- Proficient in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in digital marketing and website optimization
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in digital marketing and website optimization
- Proven work experience as an E-commerce Specialist or in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Amazon AMS campaigns.
- Expertise in running performance-based campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
