Key responsibilities - Client relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, build long-term relationships, and ensure their digital marketing needs are met. - Strategy development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies (including SEO, social media, and paid advertising) based on client objectives and market research. - Project management: Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Performance monitoring and analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization. - Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to clients on campaign performance, results, and areas for improvement. - Internal coordination: Work with internal teams (such as creative, analytics, and technical teams) to ensure successful campaign execution. - Stay current: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Required skills and qualifications - Proven experience in a digital marketing or account management role. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and PPC. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. - Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools. - A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is often required.
