Job Description

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough requirements analysis, including gathering, documenting, and validating stakeholder needs and business requirements.
- Perform impact and gap analysis to identify system enhancements or process improvements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software/System Requirements Specifications (SRS), Scope of Work (SoW) documents, Functional Specification Document (FSD), User Guides, and Client Training materials.
- Generate detailed Use Cases to capture and analyze system functionalities and requirements.
- Design and document workflow processes and deployment architectures.
- Prepare Test Case Documents, reporting sheets, and trackers.
- Create wireframes to visualize user interfaces and system interactions.
- Develop detailed test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of system functionalities.
- Conduct manual testing and perform functional, usability, unit, and integration testing.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure successful system validation.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science or Business Administration).
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in system analysis/design and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
