- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years experience with hardware, firmware, and software, as well as their combined architecture
- Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems or web services.
- Experience in managing large scale infrastructure and automation
- Fundamentals in computer science
- Hands on experience of building large scale systems using AWS technologies- Record of hiring great team members and developing leaders
- Communicates well with non-technical leaders and engineers
- Authors roadmap documents, project plans, root cause analysis, and team development documents
- Knowledge and operational experience with the design of server, storage, and/or infrastructure products
- Thorough understanding of enterprise information systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and software development teams
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines
- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience developing in Python for similar modern programming language, such as C++, Java, C#, or Ruby.
- Hands on experience of 5+ years building scalable systems on a relational database, preferably Oracle ERP with high availability
