As a mindful member of BiCSoM team, you will be involved in everyday team interactions on software project management. You will be involved in capturing client requirements and articulating it properly to the internal team members. You will be responsible to present the project status and update clients on the project updates. Likewise, you will be the internal champion of our clients and a buddy of internal team to help them understand client's requirements properly - Please note this job is for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience only. Please do not apply if you have more than 2 years of Project Management experience. What are we looking for - We expect you to have expertise in client interactions and relationship management. You are someone who is expert in capturing client requirements and conducting client meetings. Apart from this, you are someone who likes to interact and build a fun atmosphere internally with team members. And you are someone who likes software design and development and can contribute towards same. - There are few skills which you need to have from the get-go: - Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status and address any issues that arise. - Resource Management: Help allocate resources, track project progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals. - Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and work with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies. - Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project performance. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 0-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT services industry. - Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, GoodDay, Excel and Google Sheets). - Basic understanding of IT concepts and software development lifecycle. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
