Job Title Marketing Executive Location Hubballi-Dharwad Type Full-time On-site Experience 0-4 Years Preferred Languages Proficiency in English Kannada and Hindi Job Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Hubballi-Dharwad The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness generate leads and support sales initiatives This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services effectively Digital Marketing Management Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media email campaigns SEO and online advertising Content Creation Design and produce engaging marketing materials such as brochures newsletters and social media content Market Research Conduct market analysis to identify trends customer needs and competitive positioning Event Coordination Organize and manage promotional events exhibitions and product launches to enhance brand visibility Collaboration with Sales Team Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales goals and ensure cohesive messaging Performance Analysis Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes Vendor and Partner Management Maintain relationships with external agencies vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field BBA MBA preferred Experience 0-4 years of experience in marketing or related roles Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Kannada and Hindi Technical Proficiency Familiarity with digital marketing tools CRM software and content management systems Analytical Skills Ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance data to inform strategies Creativity Strong creative thinking skills with an eye for design and detail Teamwork Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Adaptability Willingness to travel for events and client meetings as required Job Types Full-time Fresher Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location In person
