Job Description - Hands-on cyber security leader focused on designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade security solutions - Architect and implement cybersecurity solutions across web, network, endpoint, and cloud domains - Conduct technical reviews of infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments - Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure compliance with security standards - Support incident response, penetration testing, and regulatory audits - Monitor and manage security tools and controls across the enterprise The Successful Applicant A successful Cyber Security specialist should have: - 4-8 years of total experience, with minimum 5 years in Cyber Security - Must have entire career in Cyber Security (not networking or SOC/SIEM-only roles) - Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Web Access & Monitoring (Bluecoat, Forcepoint, Menlo, CASB) Network Security Monitoring (RSA SecurID, FireEye ETP, Tufin, Qualys) Endpoint Security Monitoring (Sophos, CrowdStrike, Defender) - Bonus: Experience in Cloud Security Posture Management, AppSec, Burp Suite, Penetration Testing - Familiarity with frameworks like Kill Chain, ISO 27001, NIST What's on Offer - Competitive salary in the range of ₹20,00,000 to ₹27,00,000 per annum. - Generous leave policies to support work-life balance. - Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement. - A collaborative work culture within a large organization. - Exposure to advanced technology and tools in the cybersecurity domain.
