We are looking for a Creative and Experienced Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience in branding, digital design, motion graphics, and video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, confidently lead design projects, translate ideas into clear visuals, and handle clients directly. Experience in mentoring junior designers and managing multiple projects is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise and create high-quality visual content, including social media creatives (Posters & Videos), brochures, banners, packaging, and brand identities.
- Lead the design process from ideation to final execution for internal and external branding projects.
- Directly handle clients, understand their requirements, and deliver designs that meet expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and interns within the team.
- Collaborate with marketing, UI/UX, and content teams to align visuals with strategic goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Revise and update designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and social media projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is required.
- Exposure and knowledge in AI Tools and models for designers is appreciated.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
