Job Title Senior Accountant RERA Office - Kharghar Navi Mumbai We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and manage financial records statutory compliance and documentation for our RERA office operations The ideal candidate will be experienced in banking transactions taxation GST TDS audits and proficient in handling end-to-end accounting responsibilities with accuracy and confidentiality Location Old Panvel Navi Mumbai Job Type Permanent Salary 25 000 - 30 000 per month Qualifications Graduate Postgraduate in Commerce B Com M Com BAF or related field Semi-qualified CA CMA CS preferred Knowledge of RERA and real estate sector will be a strong advantage Experience 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting taxation or audit Experience in a real estate or RERA-related organisation preferred Articleship or work experience in a CA firm will be an added benefit Key Responsibilities Financial Bank Operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including deposits withdrawals payments and loan disbursements Manage and monitor bank accounts and ensure timely recording and reconciliation of all transactions Documentation Compliance Handle internal and external documentation flow with a high degree of organisation and confidentiality Ensure statutory compliance including GST TDS and timely filing of returns Prepare and maintain legal documents contracts and compliance records especially for RERA documentation Reporting Reconciliation Prepare and present MIS reports and financial summaries to support management decision-making Reconcile bank cash and ledger accounts resolving any discrepancies efficiently Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for audits and compliance reviews Administrative Coordination Tasks Track subscriptions agreements and document expiry timelines Communicate effectively with banks clients and cross-functional teams Maintain proper document filing systems both physical and digital Key Skills Strong knowledge of accounting taxation GST TDS and auditing standards Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and other accounting software cloud-based tools are a plus Excellent organisational and document-handling skills Attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset Good communication skills written and verbal for internal coordination and external liaisons Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines If you are an experienced accountant with a passion for financial accuracy and compliance especially in the real estate or RERA sector we encourage you to apply j Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Ability to commute relocate Panvel Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Marathi Preferred Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
