Position Dermatologist Department Medical Clinical Reporting To Centre Head Medical Director Location vizianagaram Employment Type Full-time About Hiwaga Hiwaga Aesthetic Wellness Clinic is one of India s emerging brands in advanced dermatology cosmetic medicine and holistic wellness We combine science technology and artistry to provide exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments under medical supervision At Hiwaga we believe in confidence through care transforming lives with safe ethical and personalized treatments Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Dermatologist who specializes in both clinical and aesthetic dermatology The ideal candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of skin health cosmetic enhancements and patient satisfaction This role demands both technical expertise and compassionate care for our premium clientele Key Responsibilities Clinical Dermatology Diagnose and treat all types of skin hair and nail disorders Conduct medical consultations identify concerns and design personalized treatment plans Prescribe appropriate medication and monitor progress Handle cases related to acne pigmentation eczema psoriasis infections and allergies Aesthetic Cosmetic Dermatology Perform procedures such as Chemical peels laser treatments microdermabrasion Botox dermal fillers PRP mesotherapy microneedling Skin tightening and rejuvenation treatments Hair restoration treatments Conduct anti-aging and non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures Advise patients on pre- and post-procedure care Operational Patient Management Ensure patient comfort trust and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey Maintain high standards of hygiene and clinical safety Maintain and update patient records accurately Collaborate with aestheticians therapists and other medical staff to ensure consistent quality of care Participate in team meetings case discussions and in-house training sessions Training Development Train junior doctors aestheticians and staff on dermatological protocols and products Stay up to date with global trends latest research and evolving techniques in dermatology Participate in workshops seminars and webinars on dermatology and aesthetic practices Qualifications Experience MBBS with MD DNB DDVL in Dermatology Venereology Leprosy Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council Telangana preferred Minimum 2-5 years of experience in clinical and cosmetic dermatology experience in premium skin aesthetic clinics is an advantage Proven experience with lasers injectables and anti-aging procedures Required Skills Attributes Excellent diagnostic procedural and counseling skills Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities Empathy patience and confidence while dealing with clients Knowledge of the latest dermatological devices and cosmetic technologies Strong communication and presentation skills English Hindi and Telugu preferred Professional grooming and appearance suitable for a high-end clinic What We Offer Competitive salary and incentive structure Continuous learning growth opportunities Exposure to advanced aesthetic technologies Supportive and collaborative work environment Performance-based rewards and recognition Opportunity to work with premium clientele in a luxury wellness brand Work Schedule Days 6 days a week Timings As per clinic operational hours rotational shifts if required Application Process Interested candidates can send their updated CV along with a recent photograph to HR hiwagaindia com Contact HR Ms Tanusha - HR Department Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
