As part of our team, you will: - Conduct process analyses in gas, hydrogen, and iron & steel production to optimize efficiency and sustainability. - Lead feasibility studies and prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. - Drive thought leadership through research, publications, and industry insights. - Use simulation and modeling tools (Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, or similar) to optimize processes. - Collaborate across multiple disciplines and organizations to align technical recommendations with strategic goals. - Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related field; Masters/PhD preferred. - 25 years experience in chemical processes for gas, hydrogen, or iron & steel industries. - Hands-on experience in process simulations, feasibility studies, and technical reporting. - Expertise in Aspen Plus/HYSYS or similar modeling software. - Strong consulting, analytical, and communication skills, capable of influencing senior professionals. - Experience in hard-to-abate sectors (steel, petrochemical, high-temperature process plants) is highly valued. - Entrepreneurial mindset, with curiosity and drive to learn and deliver in a collaborative, high-impact environment. - If you aspire to be a topical expert and a leader capable of influencing across industries, disciplines, and teams, we want to speak with you.
