Key Responsibilities Lead Design Projects Manage the entire design process from concept to completion ensuring projects align with brand guidelines and objectives Brand Consistency Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistent application across all mediums Creative Direction Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality work Collaboration Work closely with marketing product and development teams to understand project requirements and develop effective visual solutions Visual Design Create visually appealing designs for various platforms including websites marketing materials social media packaging and print Stay Updated Keep abreast of the latest design trends software and technologies Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work Mentorship Mentor junior designers providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge Strategic Input Contribute to strategic discussions offering creative insights and recommendations Required Skills and Experience Strong Design Skills Expertise in typography color theory layout design and other visual design principles Proficiency in Design Software Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Experience in Various Media Familiarity with digital and print design including web social media and packaging Leadership and Communication Ability to lead and manage a team as well as effectively communicate design ideas and feedback Problem-Solving Skills Ability to identify and solve design challenges ensuring projects meet objectives Attention to Detail Meticulous approach to design ensuring accuracy and consistency Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 107 88 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Experience Graphic design 3 years Required Work Location In person
