Key Responsibilities

- Perform and interpret various diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Ensure high-quality imaging standards are maintained.
- Consult with referring physicians regarding imaging findings and recommendations.
- Conduct interventional procedures as required.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
- Assist in the development of radiology protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Educate patients and families about imaging procedures and expectations.
- Keep accurate records of imaging reports and patient data.
- Actively participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Collaborate with technical staff to optimize imaging effectiveness.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiological technology.
- Provide expert opinions in special or complex cases.
- Engage in research and contribute to scientific literature.
- Supervise and train junior staff members in radiology techniques.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives for the radiology department.

Required Qualifications

- MD in Radiology, DNB in Radiology, or equivalent qualification.
- DMRD preferred for specialized skills.
- Valid medical license to practice in Rajasthan.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience preferred.
- Proven experience in diagnostic imaging modalities.
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty is a plus.
- Strong understanding of radiology safety and protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
- Familiarity with radiology information systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical teams.
- Proficient in using various imaging equipment and technologies.
