Job Description

- Robustness testing of Automotive ECUs
- Good understanding of Robustness testing process
- Customer Focus
- Natural problem-solver with a structured approach to problem solving in a technical environment

Bench Test Knowledge:

- Technical expertise and experience of HILS bench test facilities & Vehicle Bench for regression testing or robustness testing.
- Product level testing for single ECU or Domain ECU integrated testing
- Good understanding of whole ECU system hardware and software systems Body & Chassis or powertrain
- Data analysis, test input data preparation and reporting of test data for regression /Robustness testing
- Knowledge of instrument calibration processes and data collection
- Experienced / Know how with data acquisition and control systems
- Skilled in Vector CANoe, CAPL and VT system

Test Case development knowledge:

Hands-on experience in test specification development on Robustness Testing

CAN, Automotive Ethernet

Testing:

- Skilled in Robustness testing categories like Timing, Variation, Completeness, Shelf Test etc.
- Skilled in Power supply voltage dips and drops testing

Qualification: BE/Btech in EC, Electrical or Instrumentation

Experience: 7 to 10 Years
