Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor with 23 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and systems.

Review financial statements, operational activities, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Identify gaps, risks, and areas of improvement in existing processes.

Prepare audit reports with observations, findings, and actionable recommendations.

Assist in developing audit programs and risk assessment frameworks.

Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Follow up on audit findings and monitor implementation of corrective actions.

Support management in strengthening governance and risk management practices.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and risk management.

Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and audit/reporting tools.

Analytical thinking with attention to detail.

Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

CA/ CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.

23 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
