Marketing Manager, Onsite, Amazon Now Quick Commerce

Join our dynamic quick commerce marketing team as an Marketing Manager, where you'll drive growth through traffic growth from within A.in for Amazon Now. This role will be responsible for leveraging in-app and on-site assets, optimizing placements, and creating campaigns that capture attention, improve discoverability, and build sustained engagement.

The ideal candidate has experience in performance marketing within A.in, a strong understanding of customer journeys, and a knack for working cross-functionally with product, design, and category teams.

Key job responsibilities
1. Own the traffic growth charter for Amazon Now from A.in
2. Identify and optimize high-impact traffic funnels across app, site, and internal channels
3. Build, launch, and track always-on campaigns to improve program discoverability and customer habit formation.
4. Partner with category, product, and design teams to create compelling in-app experiences that increase engagement and conversions.
5. Develop data-driven hypotheses to improve CTRs, session depth, and customer repeat engagement.
6. Manage campaign calendars for tentpole events, seasonal activations, and program-specific promotions.
7. Set up and track KPIs (traffic share, CTR, conversion lift, engagement metrics) and run A/B tests to continuously improve effectiveness.
8. Work with analytics teams to understand customer behavior within A.in and identify growth opportunities.
9. Influence long-term traffic strategy by building strong relationships with homepage and cross-functional stakeholders.- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
