Job Description

Cogito having a strong presence in USA and its delivery center in Delhi NCR, India, specializes in Human Empowered Automation. Our mission is to help our customers innovate and scale by solving their day-to-day data needs. Using our skilled on-demand workforce, we partner with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Technology and eCommerce clients to develop high-quality data sets used to build and enhance various cutting-edge business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gaming Experience:Proficiency with an Xbox controller and general gaming experience is highly preferred, as it translates to better remote navigation of the robot.
- Technical Aptitude and Troubleshooting:The ability to quickly understand technical issues, such as a lost internet connection, and troubleshoot them effectively to ensure the robot operates smoothly and recovers gracefully from errors.
- Excellent Communication and English Proficiency:Operators must have professional-level English skills to communicate clearly with the on-site contact about jobsite conditions or issues.
- Attention to Detail:Critical for tasks such as tracking the robot&aposs path in Figma, managing file uploads, monitoring the robot&aposs battery life, and identifying subtle safety risks on site.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education:Bachelor&aposs degree.
- Mandatory Experience:1-3 years of general gaming experienceorproficiency with an Xbox controller.
- Mandatory Language requirement:Possessprofessional-level English proficiency to communicate effectively with the on-site contact regarding jobsite conditions or any arising issues.
