HSE Officer

Mandatory: Seaman Book, BOSIET and HUET

Responsibilities:

- Monitor all FPSO activities to ensure compliance with company and regulatory HSE standards.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure that all personnel comply with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and risk assessment procedures.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits of the FPSO, including machinery, safety equipment, and hazardous areas.
- Track and follow up on corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Lead or assist in the investigation of incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts/conditions.
- Ensure that incident reports are completed and submitted on time.
- Support root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
- Support and participate in emergency drills and exercises.
- Ensure emergency response equipment is maintained and ready.
- Act as part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) if required.
- Conduct HSE inductions for new personnel onboard.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Promote safety awareness and safe work practices across all departments.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Prepare and submit HSE performance reports to management.
- Monitor and assess HSE performance of third-party contractors and ensure alignment with FPSO standards.
