Working Days:- 6 Days .
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and local networking.
∙ Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to prospective clients (individuals, businesses, and fleet operators).
∙ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
∙ Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure post-sale support and customer satisfaction.
∙ Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity updates.
∙ Generate and maintain a daily/weekly report of field visits, leads, and closures.
∙ Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to plan promotional activities and events.
∙ Represent the company in exhibitions, road shows, and other local outreach programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
∙ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
∙ Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the automobile or electric vehicle sector.
∙ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∙ Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
∙ Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools is an advantage.
∙ Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
∙ Must know Kannada, English & Hindi (any additional language will be an added advantage)
∙ Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
