Job Description Description We are seeking an experienced Unit Head-Operations for our hotel in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in the hotel industry, demonstrating a strong track record of operational excellence and leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to enhancing guest experiences. Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Manage budgets and financial targets, ensuring profitability and cost control. - Lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational excellence. - Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to boost occupancy rates and overall revenue. - Monitor inventory and supply chain management for smooth operations. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - 10-20 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in hotel management software and property management systems. - Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting. - In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry trends and best practices. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
