Job Title Financial Services ConsultingJob Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Financial Services Consulting Manager The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering consulting projects The Financial Services Consulting Manager will play a key role in providing strategic guidance to clients driving business development initiatives and leading a team of consultants to deliver high-quality solutions Responsibilities Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the financial services sector including but not limited to Banks both local and global NBFCs FinTechs Payments Service Providers Regulators etc Understand client needs and objectives providing strategic advice and solutions to address their challenges Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their satisfaction with consulting services Project Management Oversee the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with clients and project teams Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and ensure the successful achievement of project goals Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of Analysts Consultants and Sr Consultants providing guidance and support to ensure high performance Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies for team improvement Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business development strategies Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients Industry Expertise Stay abreast of industry trends regulations and best practices in financial services consulting Share industry insights with clients and internal teams to enhance the quality and relevance of consulting services Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Finance Business or a related field MBA from Tier 1 B-school Strong understanding of industry regulatory environments and industry-specific challenges Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships Demonstrated business development experience Preferred Skills Experience with strategy formulation financial modeling and regulatory compliance Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable recommendations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
