Key Accountabilities:

The role holder is responsible for working to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Working with business and Digital Solutions Stakeholders to translate requirements into development activities delivered via sprints.

Key activities and responsibilities :

- The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development,
- maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to the configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development
- Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades to certify all applications for use after the upgrade is completed.
- Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
- Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
- Answer "how to" technical and application configuration questions.
- Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
- Directly contribute to the creation of the ITSM, HRSD, CSM Platform Strategy
- Support the development of a 4 to 5-year ITSM/HRSD/CSM Platform development and lifecycle plan, in collaboration with the Global Service Manager and Business Teams.
- Proactively manage resources to meet service delivery demands.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Ideal Education / Specific Qualifications/ Certifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration

Ideal Experience, Knowledge & Skills (What abilities should they have?) :

- Knowledge of various development coding languages, and development of an Enterprise level IT Service Management Platform (ServiceNow). Additional module of ServiceNow – HRSD, CSM.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking is necessary to address complex service issues and ensure service quality and efficiency
- Knowledge of Information Security best practices and regulatory compliance is vital, safeguarding sensitive data, and to maintain operational security standards and protect our business
- Experience of working with Global, geographically dispersed Global teams and on/off-shore service partners.
