Position Overview A Headhunter specializes in identifying approaching and securing top-tier talent often senior-level niche-skilled or hard-to-find candidates for organizations across various industries Unlike traditional recruiters headhunters proactively search for passive candidates who are not actively looking for jobs but are ideal fits for critical and strategic roles Key Responsibilities Talent Mapping Market Research Conduct detailed market research to identify talent pools competitors and leadership structures Create organizational maps of targeted companies for potential candidate sourcing Stay updated on industry trends emerging roles and talent movements Candidate Sourcing Outreach Proactively identify highly skilled and passive candidates using LinkedIn professional networks Industry associations Business intelligence sources Headhunting directories referrals Use discreet and strategic outreach to approach senior-level professionals Screening Candidate Evaluation Evaluate candidates based on experience strategic impact leadership capability and cultural fit Conduct competency and behavioral interviews Assess suitability for C-level VP Director and niche technical roles Client Management Consultation Work closely with CEOs Founders CHROs and Department Heads to understand strategic hiring needs Serve as a talent advisor providing insights on market conditions salary benchmarks and candidate availability Present curated shortlists with detailed talent summaries Negotiation Offer Management Manage high-level compensation negotiations Act as a mediator between client and candidate to ensure mutual satisfaction Handle delicate transitions for candidates leaving senior roles Confidential Search Execution Maintain complete confidentiality throughout the search process Manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Execute confidential replacement searches when required Pipeline Relationship Building Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry leaders and high-performing professionals Create a talent pipeline for current and future executive roles Attend industry conferences leadership summits and networking events Required Skills Competencies Core Skills Expertise in market intelligence and targeted sourcing Strong research and business-analysis capability Excellent persuasion negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to engage senior-level executives with confidence Soft Skills High emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability Strong judgment discretion and confidentiality Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication written and verbal Educational Experience Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR Business Management or related fields 2-8 years of headhunting or executive search experience Track record of closing leadership and niche-skilled roles Exposure to multiple industries IT healthcare engineering retail etc is preferred Key Performance Indicators KPIs Successful closures of senior-level positions Time-to-fill for strategic niche roles Repeat business and client satisfaction Strength quality of executive networks Revenue generated from executive search assignments Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
