Role Description We're looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead who's not just an engineer but a tech geek at heart, obsessed with building, experimenting, and staying ahead of the curve. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. You'll lead a small, fast-moving team to architect and deliver scalable, high-performing systems across our app, backend, and internal tools. You'll be hands-on, deeply technical, and constantly exploring new frameworks, AI tools, and emerging technologies that can help EleFant move faster and smarter. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a full-stack development team to build reliable, user-centric systems. - Architect, design, and deploy scalable solutions across front-end and back-end. - Stay updated on the latest tech trends (AI, automation, cloud infra, APIs, analytics, etc.) and implement tools that enhance performance and user experience. - Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to turn ideas into production-ready features. - Review code, establish best practices, and ensure top-notch performance, security, and maintainability. - Drive experimentation test, iterate, and constantly look for smarter tech-driven solutions. Qualifications - Deep hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern framework (React, Next.js, or similar). - Solid experience with Node.js, Python, or Java for back-end systems. - Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Strong understanding of DevOps, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP preferred). - Passionate about new tech from AI tools to emerging frameworks and able to identify how they can be integrated into real-world solutions. - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile workflows. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Prior experience in a tech leadership or startup environment is a strong plus.
