Candidate Requirements:

- Open to candidates of all experience levels from junior to senior
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience building scalable and modular web applications
- Strong focus on code readability, security, stability, and testing practices
- Good understanding of Java syntax, conventions, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
