Job Description In-House Legal Operations Analyst Job Location: Hyderabad About This Role Zeta Global is seeking a talented Legal Operations Analyst in India to join our dynamic in-house legal team headquartered in the United States. This is a highly cross-functional and collaborative role, requiring strong contract review and problem-solving skills. You will perform a range of duties including tracking and reviewing existing contracts, maintaining our legal database, and supporting our internal business units with compliance-related requests. The ideal legal operations analyst should be able to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad Office. The working hours are 3:00pm IST - 12:00am IST (which includes an hour-long break). As Part Of Our Team, You Will - Create, format, redline and revise simple agreements, letters, memos and other legal documents from start to finish. - Proactively coordinate legal operations in India and the United States. - Support the signing of legal documents. - Correspond with domestic and internationalstakeholders, vendors, and partners as requested. - Help the department become more efficient through the use of ticketing systems. - Support the maintenance of our legal database and assist business teams in accessing necessary policies, contracts, and filings. - Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team to support local and international legal work. Qualifications - This is an attorney role.Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university. Minimum 35 years post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity. International qualifications, including master's degree or specialist accreditations, are highly regarded. - Experience of contract management tool(s) and contract execution tool(s) will be a plus. - Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in law, finance, and tech. - Sound understanding and knowledge of commercial and corporate law. - Excellent PC skills and systems skills; highly proficient in MS Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.). - Experience using Box, Jira, and Salesforce is helpful. - Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones and countries. - Technically capable, excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), presentation and teamwork skills. - Ability to communicate complex legal issues and risks. - Must be meticulous and organized, with attention to detail. - Must have a full proficiency to speak and write in English.
