Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to strengthen and expand

our academic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mass

Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, with strong networking,

corporate engagement, and event planning skills. This role involves promoting academic

programs through social media, industry events, and strategic collaborations, ensuring

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and nurture relationships with corporate partners, academic institutions, and

industry leaders to drive collaboration.

 Represent the organization at networking events, industry conferences, and

promotional activities to enhance visibility.

 Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create and execute marketing

campaigns for academic promotions.

 Oversee CRM initiatives to manage and strengthen corporate and academic

relationships.

 Plan and execute events, including industry meetups, academic fairs, and partnership-

driven initiatives.

 Negotiate and finalize agreements with corporate partners and institutions to foster

Requirements:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism,

or a related field.

 3-7 years of experience in relationship management, corporate liaison, or academic

partnerships.

 Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.

 Strong negotiation, event planning, and communication skills.

 Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing collaboration.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience in the education or corporate engagement sector.
