Your Role - Engage with clients to understand business challenges and design innovative, tailored solutions - Conduct business analysis to identify gaps, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions - Lead consulting engagements, including discovery, assessment, and defining target state digital workplace strategies - Respond to RFPs and RFIs by collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals - Work closely with sales teams to position Capgemini’s offerings and support deal closures - Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing Capgemini’s capabilities to prospective clients - Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital workplace solutions - Work in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous delivery - Develop and maintain reusable assets such as case studies, solution decks, and thought leadership content Manage stakeholder relationships by facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment throughout Your Profile . Technical Skills - Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions. - Program and change management expertise to drive transformation initiatives. - Ability to craft creative solutions and think strategically under tight timelines. - Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs and creating persuasive proposals. - Ability to analyze client environments and recommend improvements in experience, productivity, and analytics. - Familiarity with PowerApps, Power BI, Copilot, Copilot Studio and other automation/analytics tools (added advantage) E.
