Important This is NOT a remote or work-from-home position The selected candidate must be physically present at our facility every working day to perform the required duties For Location - Planet F Gym Rajpura Town Punjab - 140401 About the Role We are looking for a dynamic energetic and highly organized Front Desk Member Services Executive to be the face of our facility You will manage the reception area deliver exceptional member service coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure a professional welcoming environment at all times Key Responsibilities 1 Member Interactions Check-In Warmly greet members and guests making them feel valued Handle check-ins verify memberships and issue guest passes or membership cards 2 Membership Sales Management Facilitate new sign-ups renewals and cancellations Explain membership plans promotions and benefits clearly and persuasively Meet or exceed monthly sales conversion targets 3 Scheduling Coordination Book and confirm personal training sessions and group classes Maintain and update appointment calendars Coordinate with trainers and instructors to ensure smooth scheduling 4 Communication Inquiries Professionally answer phone calls respond to emails and handle walk-in queries Provide accurate information about services classes and facilities 5 Administrative Duties Maintain and update member records accurately Process payments issue receipts and manage daily cash handling reconciliation Keep front desk paperwork organized and ensure the reception area remains neat and presentable 6 Customer Service Issue Resolution Handle complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently Escalate complex issues to management Actively seek member feedback to improve service quality 7 Facility Support Safety Ensure compliance with safety protocols and gym policies Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards Manage lost found items responsibly Requirements Experience Minimum 1-2 years in sales or customer service preferably in hospitality or front desk roles Languages Proficiency in Hindi and English both spoken written Skills Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Personality Warm approachable energetic and professional at all times Work Mode On-site only - this role cannot be performed remotely Job Details Job Type Full-time In-Person Location Planet F Gym Rajpura Town Punjab - 140401 Timings Flexible Shift Compensation Rs 12 000 - to Rs 18 000 - Benefits Incentives Note Applications from candidates unwilling to work on-site or who fail to meet the minimum experience criteria will be automatically rejected Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Rajpura Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Sales 2 years Required Location Rajpura Punjab Required Work Location In person
