YASH Technologies is a leading technology integrator specializing in helping clients reimagine operating models enhance competitiveness optimize costs foster exceptional stakeholder experiences and drive business transformation At YASH we re a cluster of the brightest stars working with cutting-edge technologies Our purpose is anchored in a single truth - bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future We are looking forward to hire Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals in the following areas Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing customizing and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions across various modules such as Sales Customer Service Field Service or Finance Operations Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and translate them into D365 solutions Customize configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules using Power Platform Power Automate and custom plugins Develop and maintain custom entities workflows business process flows and integrations Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts developers and end-users Perform data migration integration using tools like KingswaySoft Azure Logic Apps or Data Export Service Create technical documentation including solution design documents configuration guides and user manuals Conduct training and user support post-implementation Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP modules Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform architecture and customization capabilities Experience with Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Proficient in JavaScript C NET and Dynamics 365 SDK Good knowledge of REST SOAP APIs OData and Azure-based integrations Experience with Microsoft Dataverse Common Data Service is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Good to have Microsoft Certifications e g MB-210 MB-220 PL-200 PL-600 are highly desirable Preferred Qualifications Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance Operations F O or Business Central is a plus Exposure to Agile Scrum project management methodologies Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 At YASH you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment We leverage career-oriented skilling models and optimize our collective intelligence aided with technology for continuous learning unlearning and relearning at a rapid pace and scale Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles Flexible work arrangements Free spirit and emotional positivity Agile self-determination trust transparency and open collaboration All Support needed for the realization of business goals Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture
