Position:

QA Engineer (SaaS & Automation)

Responsibilities
Conduct

functional, regression, and exploratory testing

of SaaS-based web applications.
Perform

backend database testing , including data integrity, migration, and query validation.
Validate and optimize

search functionality

leveraging Elastic Search.
Design, build, and maintain

Grafana dashboards

to monitor test outcomes and performance KPIs.
Implement and execute

automation testing frameworks

using Puppeteer and Playwright.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate test automation within

CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) .
Ensure comprehensive

test coverage

across

cloud environments (AWS/Azure) .
Document and track defects with clarity, working closely with developers for timely resolution.
Continuously optimize QA processes for

efficiency, scalability, and accuracy .
Required Skill Set
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience in

SaaS product and web application testing .
Strong hands-on expertise in

backend database testing .
Practical experience validating search with

Elastic Search .
Ability to design and maintain

Grafana dashboards .
Proficiency in

automation testing

using Puppeteer and Playwright.
Working knowledge of

AWS and/or Azure environments .
Strong understanding of

CI/CD pipelines , particularly with Jenkins.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience testing

LLM-based agents

and

AI-driven systems .

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related fields .
4+ years

of hands-on QA testing experience in SaaS/web applications.
2+ years

of automation testing experience with Puppeteer/Playwright.
Strong exposure to

backend database

and

Elastic Search testing .
Cloud knowledge in

AWS/Azure environments .
Certifications in

QA, Automation, or Cloud

(preferred).
