About Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Playwright to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright, ensuring the reliability, performance, and usability of our web applications. As a QA Playwright specialist, you will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to understand requirements, identify potential issues early, and deliver high-quality test automation solutions. Your expertise in Playwright will help us streamline our testing processes, reduce manual testing efforts, and accelerate our release cycles. If you are passionate about automation, have a strong eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced agile environment, this role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to building robust and scalable testing frameworks. - Role: QA Automation Playwright - Location: Pune - Experience: 4 to 6 years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - Designing and developing test automation scripts using test automation guidelines. - Understanding of overall Testing process and experience in Agile Methodology - Participate in scrum meetings and share our views on tickets for automation scope. - Experience with programming in languages such as JavaScript - Create and maintain libraries and object repositories for the Automation Framework - Develop and run manual tests for areas where automated tests are not practical. - Experience in functional testing - coming up with test scenarios, test plan and executing them. Expertise You'll Bring: - Experience in creating test scripts by using JavaScript for API/WEB UI use cases. - Experience in JavaScript and have good understanding of OOPs concepts. - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, and tools like GitLab, JIRA, etc. - Experience in testing frameworks. - Must have knowledge on Agile process, preferably worked in agile development. - Must have good experience in JIRA and Bug management tools and integrating the same with automation. - Must have good exposure to life cycle and activities involved in Automation testing. - Must be aware of creation and maintenance of test data for automation testing - Experience in design of test and defect reporting formats - Experience in setting up the test benches, and associated debug systems etc. - Design, Review & Execution of Test cases/Test Scripts. - Excellent problem-solving skills with good experience in using system analysis and profiling tools for debugging and performance optimisations - Expert programming skills in JavaScript and SQL.
