The Senior Business Development Manager would be expected to At the Level of Strategy and Role
- Lead the Sales Team for Rooftop and Ground Mount Solar PV Projects
- Use his/her past built network to identify, approach and develop new leads
- Create, Nurture and grow sales Channel based system for lead generation across multiple disciplines and industries.
- Strategise, budget and plan marketing strategies along with aligning and training the sales team.
- Represent the firm at Exhibitions and other PR spaces to increase business presence
- Devise and drive Sales strategy for approaching existing Solar PV Customer for O&M contracts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to extract future business.
- Build a systems driven organised approach to pipeline management
Daily Duties
- Follow ups with clients, understanding special requirements and craft specific proposals
- Back to back coordination with design team and admin team for Financial closure of projects.
- Maintain close communication and relationship with every customer all the way until commisioning, and beyond for referrals.
- Provide our Sales Management Team with feedback,reports, analysis and recommendations to continuously improve the performance of our sales efforts.
- Communicate all product line changes to customers, including pricing, new products, an obsolescence of products Annual Targets
- 5 MW of annual closures for projects in the range of 200kW-2000kW
