Role Description We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to support inside sales, lead generation, and sales operations for Agnetic AI applications. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and contribute to revenue growth through consultative discussions across digital channels while leveraging modern AI driven sales enablement tools. As the first point of contact for prospects, you will understand their requirements and schedule impactful meetings to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Engage, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, while proactively researching and reaching out to new prospects. - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Schedule and support product demos or presentations for potential customers in coordination with Account Executives or senior sales team members. - Build and maintain long term relationships with prospects to enable upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Ensure timely and consistent follow up to maximize engagement and conversion. - Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape. - Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities in the CRM system. - Create and manage dashboards and reports for performance visibility. - Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events. - Support sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and order processing. Requirements: - Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (Bachelor's/Master's). - A degree in Computer science Engineering is an added advantage - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Highly self motivated, proactive, and result-driven - Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
