Job Title UI UX designer Location Nagercoil JOB SUMMARY We are an innovative and growing company looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI UX designer to join our dynamic team If you are passionate about designing intuitive user experiences and visually stunning interfaces we would like to invite you to apply KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Design Cross-Platform User Flows and Journeys - Map out and refine user flows ensuring consistent and intuitive navigation and functionality across web and mobile experiences 2 Conduct User Research and Usability Testing - Organize and conduct user testing sessions collect feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and meet user needs effectively 3 Collaborate with Development Teams - Work closely with front-end and mobile app developers to ensure design integrity and seamless implementation across devices 4 Maintain brand consistency across all digital products - Create and maintain a design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all web and mobile components 5 Utilise software tools Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma Adobe XD etc Required Skills and Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Design Computer Science or a related field Certification or courses in UI UX designing is an added advantage Experience 2- 3 years of experience in UI UX designing is preferred Portfolio An impressive portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms Technical Skills - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar - Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile app design guidelines - Basic knowledge of front-end development HTML CSS and mobile development considerations is a plus Soft skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences Key Competencies User Empathy - Ability to understand and anticipate user needs preferences and pain points creating designs that enhance their experience Project management - Ability to manage design projects effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams to meet deadlines Are you ready to create stunning user-focused designs that delight and engage Join us and bring your creativity to life Job Type Onsite Full-time Salary Competitive Send your resumes to admin stedaxis com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Nagercoil Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Web design 1 year Required Work Location In person
