The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include greeting and engaging with customers, offering guidance, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area. Speaking fluent English is mandatory. Qualifications - Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities - Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service - In-depth Product Knowledge of the items being sold - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Previous experience in the aviation or retail industry is beneficial - High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus
